Customer satisfaction is of great importance to us however, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges or returns. If we make a mistake in your order, we will do our best to resolve the matter in a timely manner.

Damaged or other issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If there are any damages, defects, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at sales@oasistbc.com. We will evaluate your claim and if at all possible, we will make it right.
Refunds
In the unfortunate event that a refund is required, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your refund request. We will let you know if the refund is approved, and if approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
